A subscription in SWITCH is an automated information flow from the system to the stakeholder. As a user, you can choose which events or alerts you want to receive information about by opting to subscribe to the event or alert.

There is an option to receive daily summaries and ongoing notifications about what has been traded. These notifications can be activated or deactivated as needed.

Additionally, your organization may have access to different types of events or alerts. You can personally set how you want to be contacted if any of these events occur. Under the user menu in the top right corner, you will find Manage subscriptions:

The menu has three tabs:

  • Allowed SMS hours - Here you can select hours during which you do not want to be disturbed by notifications.

  • Event subscriptions - Here you can set which events you want to subscribe to for email and SMS notifications.

  • Alarm subscriptions - Here you can choose from pre-set alerts within the organization and how you want to be notified.
