As a flexibility provider, you need to perform certain administrative tasks to be able to trade on the market, integrate with SWITCH, etc. This requires specific permissions, which are set by the platform owner, usually in connection with the pre-qualification of your organization. You can easily check if you have access by looking for the gear icon in the top right corner:
